Allow group chat?
Hey team —
Love what you're building. One thing I miss in v1 is the ability to make group threads. Use cases I'm thinking of:
1. Geo meetups — all Lisbon-based members in one channel for "anyone free for coffee Friday?" type pings. Much lighter than 1:1 DMs and you'd actually get to know members organically.
2. Topic groups — e.g. "going-nomadic" or "first-remote-role" as persistent rooms instead of just the mentor-pair lookup.
3. Job hunters cohort — a temporary thread for everyone currently looking, sharing what they're seeing in the market.
None of these break the invite-only privacy model — they're just opt-in shared chat rooms within the existing membership.
Anyway, just a thought. Loving the warm-intro mechanic on jobs — got my first real callback from it last week 🙏
